Our farms are located in the subtropical regions of Ecuador and Colombia, one of the finest flower growing regions in the world. Here in the Andean mountain range, the wide range of climates and varying elevations produce fertile soil that is perfect for growing roses and other fresh cut flowers.

On over 550 acres of farmland, our farms produce millions of stems of the most popular varieties every year. Every day, native people are caring for soil preparation, planting, growing, and harvesting. In addition, this dedicated staff follows detailed parameters for grading and packing our brand name flowers to ensure that they are all consistent and of the highest quality. |

Our view is that every worker should be healthy and happy and we do our best to provide for our employees. In addition to providing benefits and a healthy working environment, our flagship farm has a full day care center for employees' children where we provide food, clothing and medical care. |
