Instructions and Tips for Logging On

- Our Webcams can only be seen using Internet Explorer.
- ActiveX - You may be asked to run or install an ActiveX plug-in.  Go ahead and click ‘OK.’  This program allows you to see the video. If you are not prompted to install ActiveX and/or can not view the video, contact your network administrator.
- Bandwidth is limited. If your setup is correct and you are still not seeing an image, there may be too many people logged on.  Check back later to try again.
